This Urban Cove

Water: ever moving, ever mesmerizing. The Pacific, calmed by islands, carved the intimate inlet that is Vancouver’s False Creek. Set at the water’s edge by a lush park, Vancouver’s most spacious new penthouse gazes over this renowned neighbourhood.

A COVETED EXISTENCE

The inlet, when stilled, forms a surface to mirror magnificence. The city, a shimmering vision around you.

THE PATHWAY HOME

A winding ribbon of seawall—a waterfront path inspiring moments of discovery, creativity, and joy.

WALK ON WATER

False Creek’s charismatic cove is home to celebratory events and daily pleasures. Hugging our inlet is the world’s longest continuous waterfront path. Work on the seawall began in 1917. Master stonemason James Cunningham spent 35 years building a path that meanders from Tesoro to Coal Harbour in one direction, and to Spanish Banks in the other.
